Frank’s core team, as well as on-demand contractors are at the heart of everything we do. We have spent years building our team, all of whom have outstanding skill sets that compliment and support our productions. We’ve all worked together long enough to know what each other needs and how to take any project from concept to delivery. We’ve never gone over budget or deadline, and always exceeded our clients’ expectations. We foster an immensely collaborative working environment that both challenges and uplifts crew around the leadership team. We believe that everyone can learn (no matter the skill level) and that there are no stupid questions. Ongoing skills training is provided (as/when needed/wanted) such as drone piloting, editing, production/coordination, people management, cultural competency and engagement, and client relationships. We also want each of our team to bring themselves to work, meaning that everyone has life experience that we can all learn and grow from, and our leadership team have a responsibility to foster an environment where this is able to happen.
